The room I booked was n't kept tidy during the breakfast and available with king size beds. The staff were both great and kind. Its location was the best, short walk to DA NANG, beach and VIETNAM.

Beds and pillows in my twin room were great. City view was wonderful. It was right by Da Nang, Vietnam and the beach, the best location overall.

I chose Palazzo 3 Danang for its close proximity to the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious Asian options that I enjoyed. Cons: Small rooms, poor breakfast quality.

The room felt like a sardine can with a window smaller than my phone, noisy karaoke had me counting sheep until late, and those stained towels—oh dear!

Pros What an incredible stay! the location was absolutely jaw, dropping, with the street market for food and bars with football, just mind, blowing. the breakfast was super, offering delicious Vietnamese options, but I LOVED my ham and egg breakfast. the staff was top, notch, always welcoming with warm smiles. the room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a cool nautical theme. the view from the 10th floor was impressive, and the beach access made it all perfect. the area felt so safe and lively, with staff always ready to help and even inform about nearby events. Had a great Xmas break with my family. The hotel is situated in an ideal location close to the beach and surrounded by many grocery stores, coffee shops, massage spas and restaurants. The breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed the quietness of the hotel.

Although the hotel had positive aspects, there were some areas of improvement. communication with the staff was difficult as they did not understand English.
